We lived in Grogan’s Mill for 7 years and loved it. (Only moved because we needed acreage so we could keep a horse!). Close to everything – minute from The Mall, The Pavilion, Market Street, and I-45. 30 minutes to the international airport. 40 minutes to downtown Houston. All those wonderful shade trees and larger yards than many of the newer subdivisions.
